Meet the Team
​Steve Robertson, Ph.D.
Founder and Principal Leadership Trainer & Coach
Steve is a leadership development expert and former global business leader and nonprofit executive with a passion for helping nonprofit and for profit organizations serve their mission through stronger, more effective leaders at every level.
​
Drawing on over 15 years of experience in leadership development and nonprofit leadership, Steve has trained and coached leaders from more than 100 nonprofit organizations, as well as leaders across industries including technology, healthcare, manufacturing, banking, and professional services.
​
Steve served as Chief People Officer (CHRO) at Idaho Youth Ranch, one of Idaho's largest nonprofits, where he led organizational culture and talent strategies. He has also been a trusted partner to nonprofits through his collaboration with the Idaho Nonprofit Center, designing and delivering impactful leadership development for over 50 nonprofit organizations.

Additionally, Steve taught leadership in Boise State University’s MBA program and held leadership development roles at Hewlett-Packard and St. Luke’s Health System where he led all aspects of leadership training and coaching.

Steve’s deep expertise and first-hand experience as a business leader and nonprofit executive make him uniquely positioned to guide leaders in fostering engaged teams, navigating challenges, and driving meaningful impact.

Andrew Stevenson
Head of Community Development

Andrew is a community builder, educator, and former nonprofit program manager who has a talent for helping people grow confidence in their capabilities.
He is a mission driven leader who has achieved great results in building teams through uplifting & healthy relationships. Andrew's talent for communication has been enhanced through his extensive experience in leadership & youth development, having served as teacher, coach, mentor, youth camp counselor and overseas service trip leader.
His experiences include teaching at Sage International Charter (Speech & Debate) where he was voted teacher of the year for freshman class, and developing 3 high school sports programs in the Treasure Valley. His nonprofit work involved building the strategic plan that led him to establish 120+ community partner & donor relations at FYIdaho, as well as creating the Resource Center at Boise Entrepreneur Week where he brought together a robust team of local entrepreneur support organizations. At Robertson Leadership, Andrews role is to ensure our greater nonprofit community is connected to the valuable leadership training we provide.
Ultimately, Andrew's ability to understand a person's unique challenges & strengths and help that individual become a confident contributor to a team is what lead him into Leadership Development. ​
